From the very first call, the experience was exceptional. I spoke with Corey, who was incredibly kind, professional, and quick to get our appointment scheduled. Great customer service right from the start. Glen, the plumber who came out, did something my family will be eternally grateful for. He arrived first thing in the morning to flush our water heater — and this was during a heavy downpour. Honestly, we expected a cancellation or reschedule, but Glen showed up ready to work without hesitation. While servicing the heater, he discovered a leak in one of the pipes. I asked if he could repair it, and he mentioned he had another appointment but would try to come back. This was the exact day my family was moving in, so having hot water and no leaks was extremely important. Not only did Glen go to his next appointment — he came back later that evening and fixed the leak for us. We were blown away. That level of dedication, integrity, and care is rare these days. The only reason I’m taking the time to leave this review is because of how gracious, professional, and dependable Glen was. WaterWise Plumbing has earned a loyal customer.
